LocalBikri is a local commerce and delivery coordination platform designed to help nearby restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and other local businesses accept and manage online orders.
Our goal is simple: make online ordering affordable for customers while giving local sellers greater control over their business, pricing, payments, and delivery operations.
Unlike traditional commission-based marketplaces, LocalBikri operates as a technology and business-management platform. Sellers remain responsible for their products, pricing, invoices, order fulfilment, and customer service. LocalBikri provides the digital tools required to manage these operations efficiently.

Our Business Model
LocalBikri follows a seller-direct model.
The customer purchases products directly from the seller. The seller remains the actual supplier of the products or food items and is responsible for:
Product quality and availability
Menu or catalogue pricing
Taxes applicable to the products
Preparing and packing orders
Issuing the customer invoice
Handling replacements, refunds, or product-related complaints
Ensuring successful order fulfilment
LocalBikri provides the technology connecting the customer, seller, and delivery agent. It does not purchase products from sellers or resell them to customers.
Transparent Pricing
LocalBikri encourages sellers to maintain the same prices online as they offer at their physical stores.
This gives customers a transparent ordering experience and prevents unnecessary menu-price inflation. Any delivery charge, convenience charge, packaging charge, tax, or other applicable charge is displayed separately during checkout.
A convenience charge may be collected for providing and maintaining the digital ordering experience. The applicable charge may vary depending on the order or service conditions and is shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Delivery Models
LocalBikri supports two delivery models so sellers can choose the arrangement that best suits their operations.
1. Self-Delivery Model
Under self-delivery, the seller manages delivery using its own staff or independently appointed delivery agents.
The seller is responsible for:
Selecting and managing its delivery agents
Assigning or coordinating deliveries
Determining agent availability
Ensuring timely pickup and delivery
Handling delivery-related issues
Paying the delivery agents
Managing cash collected during delivery
LocalBikri provides the technology required to receive orders, share delivery information, update order status, and confirm delivery. LocalBikri does not provide or employ the delivery personnel under this model.
Self-delivery is suitable for sellers who already have delivery staff or want complete control over their delivery operations.
2. LocalBikri-Assisted Delivery Model
Under this model, LocalBikri assists the seller in coordinating delivery through independently operating delivery agents available on the platform.
LocalBikri may assist with:
Displaying available delivery agents
Digitally assigning an eligible agent
Sharing pickup and delivery information
Calculating the delivery payout
Tracking order status
Facilitating pickup and delivery confirmation
Maintaining delivery and settlement records
Assisting with payout settlement when requested by the seller
This is an assisted-delivery arrangement—not a delivery service directly provided by LocalBikri.
The seller remains responsible for the delivery and retains the authority to select, add, remove, or stop using delivery agents. Delivery agents operate independently and are not represented as employees of LocalBikri.
LocalBikri’s role is limited to providing technology, coordination, calculation, and settlement assistance.
Payments and Settlements
The value of the products belongs to the seller.
Depending on the selected payment method:
Online product payments may be settled directly to the seller’s linked account.
Cash or pay-on-delivery amounts may be collected as part of the seller’s order fulfilment process.
Delivery payouts may be calculated and recorded through the platform.
LocalBikri may assist with settlement between the seller and independently operating delivery agents.
LocalBikri charges only its applicable technology, subscription, usage, convenience, or coordination fees.
LocalBikri does not earn a percentage commission on the seller’s food or product value unless a separate service has been expressly agreed upon.
