Seller Registration & Membership Activation Process
### Shop Registration Process
Local shops can register on the platform by selecting one of the supported business categories and completing the registration process.

## Step 1: Select Shop Category
During registration, the seller must choose the category that best represents their shop.
**Currently, the following categories are open for onboarding:**
* Grocery
* Sweets & Bakery Speciality
* Dairy & Bakery
* Home & Kitchen
* Vegetables & Fruits
* Stationery & Books
* Electronics & Mobile
* Cosmetics & Personal Care
* Footwear
* Meat & Fish
* Restaurant / Food
* Fashion & Clothing
* Hardware & Electricals
* Pansari (General Store)

## Step 2: Open the Seller Sign-Up Page
Selected Business Category
1. Go to the **Seller Sign-Up page**.
2. Enter the **Cluster Activation Code** provided by the onboarding or GTM team.
3. Fill in the required details:
* Shop Name
* Owner Name
* Contact Number
* Shop Address
* Area and Pincode
* Other Details
The **Cluster Activation Code ensures the shop is registered within the correct operational cluster.**

## Step 3: Complete Registration
After submitting the registration form:
1. The shop account is created in the system.
2. The seller can **log in to the Seller Dashboard** using the registered credentials.

## Step 4: Upload Business Verification Document
After logging into the Seller Dashboard:
1. Open the **top-right menu**.
2. Scroll down and select **Membership**.
3. Upload the required **business verification document**.
### Document Requirements
**Food-related businesses must upload:**
* **FSSAI License / Registration Certificate**
Applicable for:
* Grocery
* Sweets & Bakery Speciality
* Dairy & Bakery
* Vegetables & Fruits
* Meat & Fish
* Restaurant / Food
* Pansari (General Store selling packaged food)
**Non-food businesses must upload:**
* **Form C (Shop & Establishment Certificate)**

* Home & Kitchen
* Stationery & Books
* Electronics & Mobile
* Cosmetics & Personal Care
* Footwear
* Fashion & Clothing
* Hardware & Electricals

Once the document is uploaded and the **membership request is submitted**, the shop verification process begins and the seller can proceed with setting up their online store.
