LocalBikri does not manufacture products, does not own listed inventory, does not take title to goods, does not employ delivery agents, and does not become a party to the sale of goods merely because the transaction is initiated or coordinated through the platform.
No Seller, Delivery, or Payment Guarantee
LocalBikri does not guarantee seller performance, product availability, lawful inventory, delivery completion, payment success, refund outcome, replacement outcome, or customer satisfaction.
Any ETA, quick-delivery claim, average delivery signal, stock display, COD availability marker, or payment status shown on the platform is an estimate or informational status only and not a legally binding commitment by LocalBikri.
No Product or Listing Warranty
The platform and all listings are provided on an as available and as is basis.
LocalBikri disclaims any warranty, representation, or guarantee relating to product quality, merchantability, safety, legality, authenticity, title, fitness for a particular purpose, packaging condition, expiry accuracy, ingredient information, or seller claims.
Verification and Anti-Fraud Limits
LocalBikri may use onboarding review, moderation, fraud checks, complaint analysis, document collection, or account restrictions for risk management, but those measures do not guarantee that a seller, customer, delivery agent, listing, payment request, or communication is genuine, safe, solvent, or lawful.
Users remain responsible for independent judgment, address confirmation, payment caution, OTP security, and lawful transaction conduct.
Platform Availability Disclaimer
LocalBikri does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from cyberattack, outage, data loss, or third-party service interruption.
Liability Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalBikri is not liable for seller misconduct, delivery agent misconduct, payment disputes, refund denial, wrong product, delayed delivery, failed delivery, product defect, injury, loss, data compromise by third parties, fraud, or any loss arising from use of or reliance on the platform, listings, or third-party conduct.
This disclaimer must be read with the Terms and Conditions, which contain additional limitations of liability, indemnity obligations, and dispute allocation provisions.
